Technique:

First of all, even if it seems easier starting off, you should try to avoid overusing the inside of your feet when juggling and focus on keeping the ball at the tops. This will make your juggling much better and easier in the long run. Secondly, you want to keep your ankles locked and try to put spin on the ball so that the top of the ball turns towards you. This is called “Backspin”. Also, though it may be tricky at first, you want to do your best to keep the ball low to your feet so you can have. more controlled juggling

As time goes on:

Over time you should see improvement in your juggling and ball control. After several months you may be able to get 50 consecutive juggles. You’ll likely be able to get 100, 200, even 300 or more juggles after a year or two!
